Margaret A. Campbell, 91, Thursday, March 31, 2011. Born on August 5, 1919 to Katherine and George Prehm.
Margie is believed to be the longest "Life - Long" member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in German Village. She attended school there, often telling of the times she stoked the furnace with coal before classes. All her sacraments were received there including her marriage to Charles on July 19, 1942.
Family, Faith and Friends meant everything to her. It was her Purpose!
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Charlie. Her children; Chuck (Lu), Bonnie (Tom) Wake, Brenda Huhn, Jennie (John) Gerardi, Kevin (Linda), Danny (Kim), Bernadette (Mike) Fox, and numerous grand children, great and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son Timothy, daughter in law, Joyce, grand daughter Angela, grand daughter-in-law, Lisa and great grandson Jacob.
Visitation will be at MAEDER-QUINT-TIBERI Funeral Home, 1068 S. High St., Friday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Rosary being said at 7:30 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial from her Beloved St. Mary's at 10 am on Saturday with Father Ted Thomas officiating. Internment at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Lockbourne, Ohio. In lieu of flowers Masses are appreciated or donations may be made to Home Reach Hospice.
